How to Create a Merchant account?

A merchant account is created by the DroidCart Marketing Expert team post verification for which Merchants need to download the DroidCart Merchant application and provide the basic information and documentation.

How to upload the products?
There are two methods Merchants can upload their products
            a. Manual Method: Click on the “Products” tab at the bottom of the navigation menu then select the appropriate Product Type option and click the “+” button to fill in all the product information and product picture.
           b. DroidCart Product Catalogue: This is an easy and convenient feature. Click on the “Products” tab at the bottom of the navigation menu and click on the “+” button to open more options. Click again on the “+” button to access             DroidCart Catalogue. Merchants can find the products using a Product Type or BarCode scanner and then select the product to add to the Merchant Virtual Store.
How can I add the Delivery Persons?

Click on the Menu button and select the “Delivery Person” option. Merchants have full control and can set/change the password and add or remove any of their Delivery Persons as per their needs.

How to track the Delivery?

Merchants can track live the Delivery Person’s location with an integrated Google Maps technology when their Orders are out for Delivery. Deliveries Open provides a one-stop feature to track all the ongoing deliveries live.

How to pay Subscription charges?
Click on the Menu button and select the “Billing” options. This provides the active billing plan and the bills generated (Current and Historical). Merchants can directly pay the bill using the UPI option.
