How to create a customer account?

Users can download the DroidCart application from the Google Play Store and follow a simple registration process directly on the application.

How to find and add to favorite shops nearby?

Once the users are registered to the platform, the application shows the user dashboard where by clicking on the “Add Store” option, users can search the nearby favorite store and follow it. Once the customers follow any store, that store will be displayed on the user’s dashboard.

How to place an order?

Users can click on the store which they are already following which will take them to the Store private page and display all the available Product Types that store has in their catalogue. Users can browse through the Products offered and click on “Add” button along with the required quantity which then adds this products to the Users Cart. Once all the required products are selected, users can click on the Cart Icon in the top right corner and then proceed for the Payment options to place an order.

How to pay and payment method?

UPI Payment is integrated with the application and based on the Merchant/Store users can also utilize the “Payment on Delivery” option.

How to track delivery?

Users can track live the Delivery Person’s location with an integrated Google Maps technology when the order is Out for Delivery.

Is there any Return & Refund policy?

Refund and Return should be directly communicated and agreed upon with the Merchant/Store Owners, as the DroidCart application which is a platform service facilitator is not participating in the financial transaction due to the fact that the transaction amount is settled from the Customer account to Merchant account via UPI or Payment on Delivery Options.
